By default the package must be signed for when it is delivered. If you would like to opt for non-signature delivery please let us know when making your order, however please note that we cannot assume any responsibility for parcels left without signature. Currently rural courier deliveries are an exception where we will send with an authority to leave

International shipping is available, a quote will be arranged prior to any shipment. Please contact us before purchase.

Please choose carefully, Hot Clay cannot offer refunds, however we are happy to exchange full-priced goods that are returned in original condition with original tags and packaging. Hot Clay reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange​ if the merchandise in question does not meet ​the above​ requirements. 

If a product has been damaged in transit please notify us immediately and we will contact our courier company directly to sort out any claims.

If you have received faulty product we will replace the product. In the unfortunate instance a product is out of stock after your purchase, we will refund your money or offer you a store credit. 

Our ceramics are handmade, we pride ourselves on holding our artists to a high standard of craftsmanship. If you feel a piece has been mis-represented on our site please get in touch.

The ​purchaser is responsible for any return shipping costs;​ including ​local duties & taxes applicable to ​international orders. We do not refund any postal charges incurred for an exchanged product.
